I am 24y/o and was diagnosed with PCOS after not conceiving or having a physical period for 5mo. We want a 2019 baby/pregnancy. My GYN prescribed me Sprintec to regulate cycles with a follow up in 3mo. Would this be counter active in achieving ovulation? Would something like Provera or Clomid be more benefiting? What are some natural measures, aside from diet and exercise, that would increase chances of fertility and regulating proper menses?
