  4. Pcos and deviry. For a pregnency test?

Dr. I have Pcos ....but stil from past few months I haven't miss my periods....I have taken contraceptive pills for for unprotected intercourse.My dr had prescribed me Deviry 10mg on 2017.so now am going to take this medicine for periods.so my question is if I miss my periods even after taking this medicine.should I go for a pregnency test????
