PCOS _AcNE weight issue
Hi, I have huge red acne on my jaw line forehead since 1st July. My dermat provide doxybond LB for 10 days , tracnil sachets (6month course) & retino AC gel. It's been a month, I don't see any significant improvement. I am eating well , I have PCOS but I am unable to figure out the solution . Using Duckray Keraycnl face wash & physiogel moisturiser cream. I am also taking VIT D Calcitus sachets weekly. Kindly help as clearly foxy blond wasn't helpful. Kindly suggest a cleanser & I don't want contraceptive pill as a solution.

Acne is a common representation of PCOS. While external treatment might help, you need to be sure your internal system is also clean. This can only be ensured if your diet and lifestyle are in line. Please book a direct consult for detailed assessment and advice for the same.

Hi, PCOS is resulting of improper lifestyle, which leads to hormonal imbalance and having problems like weight gain, acne problem, irregular period etc. To reduce weight and maintaining hormonal function you need to do life style modification. To reduce weight you should follow a balanced weight reduction diet along with exercises. Include more vegetables and fresh fruits in diet. Avoid oily, spicy and fast food. Drink water enough and should have sound sleep about 6-7 hours. As you get rid off PCOS, simultaneously your acne problem will be resolved.
