How much time should i do exercse per day to reduce pcod???? i m doing gym for 1 1/2 till now.. and wan join zumba classes also.... is dst enough or should i increase?? how long it will take to clear pcod... i am new to exercse....how should i plan my lifstyle to reduce pcod naturally and fast...pls hlp...diet also mention plz... can i take herbal life drinks for fast reduction?? is dat safe!!!

Coming to pcos..yes definitely you need to loose weight as it will automatically settle your hormonal imbalance...you need to bring about diet modifications...basically include more fibre and cut down on carbohydrates, avoid junk and deep fried foods have more of cucumber and carrot when ever hungry exercise regularly..you need to exercise for a minimum of 30 min of sweating workout...you may also require metformin if there is less glycemic control and also ocps to regularise your periods...thank you
