Pcod, try to concieve.

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have pcod problem. I m taking metformin, myonext, asprin and folic acid....now my menstrual cycle is regular. Last three months i m doing follicular study but my endo thick last 5mm...my doctor said now u hve to go lapro ovum drilling....tell me this is the last option....i m overwight my wieght is 86 age 26

You haven't mentioned if you are taking clomiphene to induce ovulation. Most patients with PCOS respond well to clomiphene. If you are not ovulating on maximum doses of clomiphene, you will need drilling
