Have you taken any course of FERTOMID for ovulation induction?? Or injections FSH etc. Look you need an infertility specialist's help. So don't waste time in changing doctors again and again  PCOD will stay . So get your tubes tested and good ovulation induction and IUI.

It may possible that PCO patients sometimes get delayed maturation of follicles. It's sometimes misguided to Doctors. In your case delay maturation of follicle may be. As you mentioned you're having 40 days cycle sometimes. Even there are too much AFC than PCO can be temporary subsided my 3 month medical course or with laproscopy directly. Consult your gynecologist about it.
