Pcod treatment
I have started with homeopathy medicines for PCOD from today My homeopathic doctor advised me not to eat anything sour like pickles or lemons..I want to know the reason why?? Can I drink AMLA juice in morning while taking medicines for PCOD of homeopathy? Is it ok?

Look amla has medicinal properties especially when it is taken in raw form. This will interfere with  the medicine which your dr has prescribed. So, go for your simple day today diet which you take on a daily basis. Avoid taking herbs, raw amla or garlic or herb mixtures , etc.

He is right.... Just follow him Sour foods or pickles are generally hydroscopic. They have a tendency to retain water for a long time. It will increase weight which in turn is not good for pcod.
