Hi
The black coffee will be helpful to lose weight but jut 1 cup or 2 cup is enought in a day and one thing you should consider is in a week you should take 1day off from black coffee.
Hi, Certain foods can increase the hormonal imbalance leading to an increase in the cyst size in PCOD. Coffee is one of them. There are studies supporting the fact that coffee increases estrogen levels especially in Asian women leading to hormonal imbalance. However a mild cup of coffee without sugar is allowed.
