See diagnosing pcod is tricky and as a physician sometimes we overdiagnose pcod so there is not a single criteria for it if u r gonna rely on USG findings then according to it 70% population have pcod there should be other clinical findings like irregular menses , facial hair growth, overweight I need complete history to tell with certainty
