Follicular Monitoring - I Had My Follicular Scan On 12 Th Day On

I had my follicular scan on 12 th day on right ovary is 24.3× 20.3 and in left ovary 24.6× 16.8. My doctor adviced me to take hcg on tat day itself I took at 8.pm before that I had cramps in both side but left side was more. Then next day I went to the radiologist at 11 A.M scan was done my both follicles ruptured. But usually after hcg injection it takes time to rupture why in my case it was early and it will affect my chance of getting pregnant or not
