Pcod problem
Sir in October 2016 i went to doctor regarding miss period.he has done some tests nd tell me I'm having pcod problem.and gave mepharate tablets for 5days nd suggest me to weight loss nd for 3months he gave me yamini cycle.that time I have periods regularly nd after the yamini cycle completed the next month also i have got periods at time only.bt again nw I'm nt getting periods properly.on Feb 27 th my last period date.after that I didn't get any periods nd more over i didn't done family planning operation.for the miss period i have again used mepharate tablets till I'm nt getting period.so please suggest me what I have to do.

Hello, do some regular physical activity of your choice to burn at least 500 calories daily to reduce 5 kg every month. Beside this cut down your calories from food by avoiding high fat,high carbs,high calorie foods and avoid carbs in dinner as well as restrict during the days also. Keep proper hydration. Sleep well to make yourself stressfree and help hormonal balance.
