  3. Pcod problem. There any serious issue?

I have pcod and thyroid ! Since last three months I am getting periods on time but not normal bleeding it's like spotting From May 26 to till now I am only getting spotting it's more then 11 days What should I do ? I should take medicine to stop periods ? And is there any serious issue ??
