No periods after stoppage of duphaston

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi,I have pcod and doctor prescribed me to take duphaston from 16th day of my cycle for 10 days. I have taken daily 2 tablets from my 16th day. It's been 6 days from stoppage of duphaston till now I didn't get periods. No chance of pregnancy as we didn't have intercourse. What could be reason and what I should do?
