With my knowledge of Physiology I can say that if you vomit more than 2 hours after taking any medicine orally then that medicine will not be expelled. It has already left the stomach and gone into the intestines. You should take a Thyroid tablet (preferably Eltroxin or Thyronorm)  with just a sip of water. Don't take a glass of water. Chances are that you will not have vomiting. You should seek a proper consultation with a Gynaecologist with your Hormone profile and Thyroid profile report.

More details are required. Is this the first episode? For how long you are on meds for hypothyroidism and PCOS? Were you taking medicines in the same manner you took last night? Are you having other symptoms associated with this episode of vomiting e.g abdominal pain? For further assistance please contact.

Your vomiting may be due to thyroid meds on an empty stomach, Metformin, or hormonal meds. What to Do? ✔ Take Thyroxine with a sip of water and wait 30 min before more fluids. ✔ Take Metformin with food to reduce nausea. ✔ Avoid lying down after meals. If vomiting continues, consult your doctor for adjustments.
