Hi.
My wife has been diagonised with pcod/pcos. And she is planning to take allopathy. However we may have to wait for 2 weeks for consultation. I recommended her to start on ayurvedic home remedies and supplements to help atleast till we decide course of action. For the same, till we consult a doctor, can she take
1. 1gm of turmeric everyday
2. 10 ml dasamularishtam morn and night
3. Triphala 1 tab a day.
She was previously taking this during her last issue. Will this supplement and help till we consult a physician in person? Can this be taken? Any alternate simple / home suggestions?

PCOD/PCOS can easily be cured with proper diet plan, lifestyle modification, exercise etc. You should consult an ayurvedic expert instead of alloepathic treatment. one of the reason for pcod is over weight so weight management could also help to cure it. An ayurvedic expert can understand your root cause and counsel you and give ayurvedic treatment for that.

you can consult us for a permanent cure of PCOD
