Pcod harmonal levels
I have pcos(normal BMI) but major concern is irregular cycles.I'm unmarried and not on any medication.I've got tested for harmonal levels(2nd day of my periods) HBA1c 5.6%,LH 7.71miu/ml,Fsh 6.61miu/ml,prolactin 45.22ng/ml,testosterone 0.37ng/ml..Can u pls help to read my harmonal levels??can I normalise Fsh,lh,prolactin levels without medication??even my ultrasound identified multiple cysts on both ovaries

Fr can repeat prolactin levels after a month of meditation n exercise
So the only treatment for pcod is maintain a healthy bmi
