PCOD, facial hair removal via laser
I was diagnosed with PCOD in 2013. I am perfectly fine now. I am getting facial hair removal done. I have had 7 sittings but Still I am not getting the results. My tests are fine. I get my ultrasound every 6 months. My periods are also normal. I am getting diode laser treatment from my native place. I am not very satisfied with the doctor honestly. How to select the best laser treatment for yourself. I am very depressed. Kindly suggest. Why is it not working. Every time I go for another sitting, the doctor says I will give you a strong laser today. I want the best laser treatment so that it works. Please help. Regards

A proper USFDA approved diode laser device is the recommended one for laser hair reduction. The results what we got is 60-70%reduction in thick black hairs ,remaining 30-40% of fine hairs will be left. In PCOD ,due to hormonal changes ,hairs come back again and again so maintainence laser treatments are somehow required at regular intervals for sometime.so you can judge at what result you are there.Try to teduce stress, keep your body weight in control,a healthy lifestyle which helps a lot in PCOD.Change your diode laser to USFDA Gold standard one if it is not and see the results.thanks
