Pcod and extremely less bleeding

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I'm 32 year old and single. I have pcod problem since last 2 years. I got my periods after 3 months. But bleeding is not continuous. Sometimes its bleeding sometimes its not... How can I get proper period this time. Is there any solution ? Will abdomen massage help in this?
