PCOD and erratic menstrual cycles
I have been diagnosed with PCOD 6 yrs back.I started taking Krimson 35 with glyciphage 500mg(2 tabs/day).I continued them for six months and then started having regular cycles.After stopping them the cycles became irregular again.Please tell me whether I should start having them again.I am obese and go on regular evening walks to control my weight but the cycles still are very erratic.I had my last period in June.Please advice.Has my cysts increased?Do Krimson reduce cysts?
