PCOD and absence of periods
I'm a working woman married an year ago , for the past one year I have been diagnosed with PCOD because of sudden weight gain from 49kgs to 65kgs. And I'm trying to get pregnant and I have got my periods only 3 times in a span of a year. Kindly suggest me regarding this and I want to get pregnant soon. Attaching the reports I have taken late 2020. Could not consult the doctor due to this pandemic.

Your hemoglobin is on a lower side. TSH level before conception target is 2.5. also your LH level is more than FSH suggesting you have PCOD. Hope you are doing diet control and excercise. Apart from this start taking folic acid supplement. When was your last menses, if it's delayed, we need to give you tablets for withdrawal bleeding. After which you will start with your periods. Then from d-2, ovulation induction can be started.

Your LH/FSH ratio is reversed. You should take online consultation with a gynaecologist.
