Pattern baldness problem
I've suddenly started losing hair a lot so I consulted my Dermat and she prescribed me Androanagen Tab and Tugain solution 10% as it's hereditary pattern baldness... I still feel my front hairline is receding and I don't see my hair growing though I'm taking the medication prescribed... will dermaroller help me for that? Also please tell me if I can use Dutamax Lotion on scalp for better results and hair regrowth instead of Tugain? Thanks in advance :)

Hello sir Since it is Androgenetic alopecia , the hairline receding is the normal pattern and the medication prescribed by a Dermat is absolutely correct and those medications are to prevent your hairline going back further. You can add Dutamax lotion in your daily regimen but don’t stop Tugain
Next Steps
You can start Dermaroller or even PRP for further improvement

It will take you atleast 6 months to a year for you to see response of topical medicines.. if you have used for sufficient time and not getting response then you get a direct consultation for additional oral medicines and also can get Prp or gfc done.. Oral medicines and prp are better alternative than dermaroller.. although you can add dermaroller treatment along with these
