If I go for pathology for pregnancy test via urine exactly after 30 days of having sex will by urine pathology test one can detect feotus of 30 days??? Or it takes more days to detect a foetus... Will my reports be positive after 30 days of having sex if I conceive ???

Pregnancy can be detected in urine test just after missed periods. If it's negative, it may be repeated after a week. Another option is ßhCG, it's a blood test which will detect pregnancy earlier and more accurately

Your pregnancy test will be positive in morning specimen of urine once you miss your periods,you can repeat the test after a week.
