Patches on skin
Good morning . I am having round patches near under arms. For the past 10 days I am having. Initially one round patch was found
Later few more patches were found under both arms and near chest. I am having itching and due that if I scratch it is paining. I have applied ring guard . But it is not reducing. Please prescribe me any medicine. I am attaching photo of the patches for your reference.

It may be fungal infection. Avoid over the counter drugs. You can try applying cotrimazole cream but if not helping kindly consult online for proper diagnosis and management.
