Patches on my chest
I started noticing some patches on my chest from a couple of months which is not obviously visible but shines in light. Few days back I noticed some on my back also. It seems to be in a cluster but found only in few areas. Should I worry about it?

Can't understand until I examine. It is not advisable to prescribe without examining the patient. Kindly send photos using online consult option for better understanding of the problem. Once diagnosis is made, then only we can prescribe some medicine. Please do not use anything without proper examination.
