To evaluate your condition accurately, we would need detailed information regarding the nature and extent of the plastic surgery performed. A thorough clinical examination is essential before arriving at any conclusions. However, the presence of wrist drop raises the concern of a possible nerve injury , which requires prompt assessment. Additionally, part of your surgical scar appears to be non-healing and requires cleaning of the edge with regular dressing and wound care. Another portion of scar is thick and raised which is again not normal as it can give unsightly scar ,and may need further intervention.
Next Steps
I would strongly recommend evaluation at the earliest.
