Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Apply Colgate Pain out gel or clove oil on affected area thrice daily for 5 days
Warm saline rinses between meals
Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Moxikind CV

Acelofenec sp - 3 times a day
Augmed 625 mg - 2 times a day
Pantop 40mg - one before breakfast
Rexidin m forte - apply on the gums.

Hi..first of all stay home, stay safe in covid. For pain u can start calpol,/crocin 500 three times a day for 5 days..and regarding pus it's difficult to say without seeing..start with salt water girgling thrice a day..if u have swelling..visit nearby clinic or hospital for emergency..take care
Hi,you can use tab.clavum-625mg two times; tab.metrogyl-400mg for three times for 3 days and for pain aceclofenac-two times for 3 days and apply hexigel-3times on gums near that tooth to reduce swelling and pus.visit dentist ASAP for further treatment
