Paroxetine and desvenlafaxine
I am taking paroxetine 12.5mg and ventab dxt 25mg at night from last year for anxiety and fear but not feeling good and not getting better. Can i take paroxetine in morning and ventab in night?

Hello. firstly since you are not perceiving much improvement with these medications, some dose adjustment is advised. secondly prefer paroxetine in the night time and you can try ventab during the day. though I doubt if that s going to be of much help. Revisit your Psychiatrist and discuss this further or consult a new one.

No you cannot take paroxetine in morning as it has some sedative effect that can hamper with your functioning during the day

U can take reverse. Paroxetine causes drowsiness. Also i feel that you need re-evaluation and revision of treatment.
