Hello,
I was prescribed both Paroxetine 37.5mg (for GAD) & Memantine 10mg (off-label for executive function improvement) by my psychiatrist
Memantine is an addition, before only Paroxetine. Can I take them both at the same exact time at night? Or there needs to be some duration between the two?
Thanks

Hi, you are only 26 years old. You might be having difficulty in concentrating over work and forgetfulness, which must be due to your anxiety. You dont need memantine for that. If you are not feeling better with paroxetine 37.5mg, you can go for additional medicines, but not memantine

U can take them together no problems, ideally
Memantine should be taken during morning hours
I think it’s better u take memantine in the morning and paroxetine in the night
