Parotid papilla pain

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Parotid papilla appers bigger at right side fron 2-3 months with some pain and burning sensation from 1 week and some whiteness what to do ? is this something serious like cancer or normal? i am so much worried as i was a regular smoker applied dolo gel ct for 4 days but nothing happened please help i also went to a oral surgeon and he said there ia nothing to worry about just have patience for 1 week and apply dolo gel ct and it will subside...but i am so much afraid of cancer
