Hello, your friend is becoming psychotic. If she is diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia n medication is not working or she is not adhering to the follow up or non compliance to treatment because of denial of illness., admit her in good psychiatric rehabilitation facility. Thus you can prevent escalation of her illness and help her lead good life. Family sessions with counseling is also needed.
