Paralysis Right Side
My father has paralysis attack last and diagnosed by 406 sugar level before fasting. He is unable to move is right side of body and speech is also 50%. Doctors have given him below mentioned medicines for his recovery : Dexona injection Daily Deecadurabolin weekly Decadin tab twice a day Pan D tab twice a day Diazen tab 4tab thrice a day with empty stomach and evening Botropase Injection once for bleeding precaution. Dibeta once in a day post dinner Metride 2 tab 2tab after lunch Please advice if above medicine are correct and Do not have side effect to my father health. Also pls advice for safety measures other than this.

Based upon the above said details, your father had stroke because of uncontrolled diabetic status, and you should also check for other risk factors like blood pressure, lipid levels and cardiac and neck blood flow status, etc.. Diabetic status should be controlled and monitored properly, If there is any other risk factor, it should be also addressed.. He should be started on blood thinners and lipid lowering drugs and physiotherapy after consulting a neurologist..
