Hi Normally for any medical condition the physician according to age and weight will recommend paracetamol dose normally 500,mg, 650mg or max 1 g is recommended at one time. Too much paracetamol is harmful to entire system esp liver, kidneys. Pls consult a physician to check your parameters and condition. Take care.
