Paracetamol vomited
Doc,
My 10 month old has fever 99.5 & has given crocin syrup 6 ml but he vomited along with milk.
Can't say how much he vomited out. Fever is still there, waited for 30 mins still fever doesn't subsided. What to do ?

You can repeat the dose if child has vomited within 10 to 15 min
If fever still persists visit nearby hospital Pediatrician

Do not give milk immediately with medicine which will end in vomiting
Do not give 6 ml.Too much quantity will end in vomit (probably you are using 120 Mg strength)
Use 250 Mg /5 ml Paracetamol syrup.Give 3 ml every 6 hours
