Paracetamol Overdose(5gm) at a time

Asked for Female, 19 Years

She has taken 10 paracetamol in one go around 5:30 PM yesterday and she hesitated to visit doctor.I am far from her and i am unable to do anything or force her to visit a clinic.I don't know why medical store sell this PCM tablets without prescription in this much amount.I am really worried about her health,Kidney and Liver. Someone please help me and also suggest some natural way of treatment.I will be grateful to you.

Toxic dose for paracetamol tablet is more than 7 gm usually. The toxicity would be more severe in a patients with existing liver diseases, chronic alcoholics because PCM tablets are metabolised by liver. Find out the strength of the tablets she had ! She could not be having symptoms such nausea , committing for now. But I think she should not get the poisoning provided the tablets are not more than 7gm.
