Hi
Take tab pantocid empty stomach in morning before breakfast and half an hour before dinner in evening. Rest of 2 tablets are antibiotics which u can take before your morning and evening meal or just after that if you get gastritis with meds. In addition you can add a probiotic lactobacillus reuteri which will help u during taking this course. U need a proper counseling about the pros and cons of pantocid hpkit.
