Panic attacks
Sir suffering with panic attacks & suicidal thoughts. i am taking medicines that's why iam lying on bed usually whole day, sometimes my body gets  cold like cold sweats, i want to isolate myself from all people around me. Whenever i see people, i feel very nervous & get scared. Should i go for CBT or only   medicines.. plz reply

Cbt and proper medicine are the best treatment for Panic attacks . You are having signs of  continuous anxiety as well . Please get proper evaluation done.
