Panic attacks?
Had a what i believe was a panic attack mid october had two reoccurences since albeit extremely minor ones (lasting a few mins) also my heart beat feels a lot more prominent than it has done. when its occurred i get light headed and tingle in hand or hands and feet.
Whether its a mental thing i dont know, but had a death in the family end of october that may be contributing factor.
