Pancreatitis
Please tell me what is the general healing time of acute severe pancreatitis. It has been five months that I am suffering from it. After 2-3 weeks there is some problem eg, pain, vomiting etc. I am tired of it now. I am a student and this affects my regularity in school. Please tell me the general healing time of acute severe pancreatitis. Also if any suggestions regarding healing of pancreatitis, please mention them as well. Thank you very much.

Uncomplicated acute pancreatitis will resolve in few week . Acute severe pancreatitis are prone to develop some complications of which few are serious in nature.
Next one is the cause for pancreatitis . Sometimes gall stones can cause pancreatitis which is completely curable .
In case of Recurrent pancreatitis , there may not be any reason other than genetic cause .
In ur case , all the issues should be completely investigated .
