Pancreatic tumor
Previously a heart and diabetic patient. Had undergone stent in CBD situ for reducing jaundice but it is still increasing day by day. Please suggest some way to reduce the same. Please suggest some medications for the liver. What treatment should be done?

Stents have tendency to get blocked after sometime which could be reason for increasing jaundice. Scan shows a mass in head of pancreas which needs further evaluation with contrast ct.
