Palptation while lying down
I can feel my heartbeat raisinga on lying down specially after eating 2-3 hours.mostly while turning to other side . I can also feel it on night when lying down. I had ecg and echo and both were normal.i had attached it.   The thyroid test was also normal. I use raciper tabler as Dr told due to ulcer I feel not lying palpitations when I use it  but after a week again I have same problem.What to do next.is it due to anxiety.

Palpitations can be due to stress , anxiety , dehydration Anemia , vagale nerve stimulation while sleeping on left side So take plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration, take fruits and vegetables Try sleeping on right side to prevent vagal nerve stimulation. Don’t worry when feel palpitations while lying down just change the position
