Palpitations in throat
I am feeling heart beat like vibration in my throat and it feels like I am sensing this vibration in brain and my whole body is shaking. This palpitations increases when I lay on stomach on bed. I have done ecg test it was normal. Unable to find cause and where problem lies. Also I am obese, my heartbeat increases even for normal work. My wt 85 kg ht 5'5
