Palpitations and restlessness
I feel palpitations and restlessness when I try to sleep at night. Sometimes I also feel to skip a beat. I was diagnosed with left ventricle hypertrophy previously (q-waves increased in ECG).

Hi, you are only 28 years old. If you do not have any risk factors like diabetes, hypertensiin, smoking we need to see if there are other causes leading to these symptoms
Any emotional stress, low hemoglobin, thyroid issues.
How much was the heart rate in ECG?
Also ECG interpretation of LVH depends on voltage criteria that is height of the waves which sometimes vary with body habitus (fat ppl thick chest wall the complex will be small, very thin ppl it will be bigger) so has its limitations
You can do an Echo to confirm LVH and if present truly on echo we need to see the cause, commonly hypertensives have it, it's one of the cause
