Palpation on right side of lower abdomen
Dear Dr. Since a week I feel very visible palpation in my lower abdomen on right side there's no conception or gas but sometimes in day or night i feel  palpation suddenly on the same place my due of period is tomorrow also I am trying to conceive. Can you please guide what can be the reason.
