Pale yellow oily urine

Asked for Female, 29 Years

From past 2 days I'm getting pale yellow oily urine,I can see oil layer in my urine!! From past few days I'm doing heavy workout and changed my diet too,could you please advice on this??

Usually pale oily urine is due to dehydration. But we need to rule out UTI. I will advise you some tests.
