Pale yellow foul smelling watery stool

Asked for Male, 1 Years

For about a month now, my 15 month twin sons are passing pale yellow watery stool though both takes solid food along with milk... No fever in general... But the stool seems to be with mucus and foul smell... Please let me know what could be done to make it normal.. PS:One of the twin got the symptoms first and the other a week later...

Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding,if given. Give just 2 milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals,including curd and Banana in the diet. Maintain strict hygiene in feeds. Add syp vizylac twice a day for 5 days.
