Pains in my hand and leg joints
I have been having pains in my leg and hand joints for over 7days, I was diagnosed to have malaria and am currently treating it but it seems there is more to this as I have never experienced malaria this way before. I use pain relief but I feel this pains once a while. I am suspecting that my heart is not pumping required blood to my organs. Yesterday night I could not sleep because I was having short breathe.

I can understand your concern.
You may suspect all you want, we cannot go and will not go by what you suspect.
Get it checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
He will examine you, order some tests if necessary and then will be able to help you further.
