Painless or normal vaccination
My baby is 2 months old and his 2.5 month and 3.5 month vaccination is due so please suggest we should go with either painless vaccination or normal.. is there any difference in immunity development in these 2 types of vaccination. Which one is more effective? Vaccinations given at 1.5 month was painless infrarex and rotavirus drop.

Painful is better option as of more immunogenic. Painless is basically meant for premature or babies having history of convulsions and NICU admission for long periods.

Painless vaccine is slightly less effective. But both are fairly efficacious. But since baby has received one particular vaccine it is not advisable to change the vaccine as changing will decrease the effectiveness
Next Steps
go with the same vaccines given previously
