Painless Mouth Ulcer in mouth
I had a mouth ulcer one month ago which was very painful.after that it got reduced in size and pain was gone..after that a small scar near the sublingual gland duct is present. which is still there.it is reducing very slowly. Consulted few dentist but all advised not to worry..it will go on its own..they said there is a mild infection at the duct of the salivary gland..i am very worried...i am using dologel lotion for now.
