Painless bump on my scrotum

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have painless bump on my scrotum of small stone size, not sure how it occurred, not sure how to cure this permanently. I had consulted with dermatologist and got it removed from him 2 years ago, now again it appeared in different place on scrotum. please guide me on permanent solution.
