Painless blood during stool
Since last 2days i am observing few 15-20 drops of bright red blood while passing stool.
Currently i am in Q4lic and Dreamasure F tab as trying to conceive since 10months. My last lmp was 2nd oct 2023.
Its painless but i am worried what should i do. Should i wait for a week to start medication. This is my 1st experience.
I was having hard stool but not sure if fissure can cause 15drops of blood.

Fissure will not cause painless bleeding. Anal fistula and internal hemorrhoids can cause painless bleeding. Kindly take an instant consultation for this.
